Custom developed mass notification system for Zendesk Support

Unique developed solution for European hyper and supermarkets chain. Company utilizes Zendesk services and the developed solution is created and integrated into the Zendesk.


Created solution provides possibilities to send mass notification, both email and SMS. Every sent notification creates new ticket in the Zendesk system. System is highly configurable.


With ticket creation different ticket properties can be provided and set. Solution supports spreadsheet upload functionality in order to provide the list of the affected customers, customers who must receive the message.

System keeps track in Zendesk environment of  SMS/messages sent. Notifications can be checked, gathered, auto reminders created and other processes implemented on top of it.
